RHC – Tennis Court Reservations

Use of the tennis court is exclusively for residents of Richmond Hill Court and their guests. To use the court, residents are required to register for access and pay the annual fee.

The annual fee is £100 per flat and covers the period 1 April to 31 March. This fee decreases monthly by £8.00 after 30 April.

COURT USAGE RULES:

• Playing Time:The court is open from 08:00 until dusk, weather permitting.
• Booking Limit: Each flat can reserve the court 1 hr. per day and have a maximum of three active reservations in any seven day period. The on-line calendar rolls over daily to show the upcoming seven days. Once a reservation has passed, you can reserve again for another day in the week (always limited to having no more than three active reservations at any time).
• Walk-on Play: If a flat has already used its 1 hr. block of reserved play, residents may still use the court on a first-come, first-served basis, provided it's not reserved.
• No-Show Policy: If a court remains unoccupied 15 minutes into a reservation, it becomes available for walk-on players. The reservation will be forfeited.
• Exclusive Reservations: Bookings are only for permanent RHC residents who've paid the fee. No bookings for guests or residents of other flats is allowed.
• Guest Play: Allowed with a resident tennis member present. Maximum of four players on the court.
• Cancellations: Please cancel a reservation if you are not going to use it.
• Policy Enforcement: Reservations exceeding limits may be removed without notice.

After use, please close and lock the gates.

The court is only available for tennis - it is not a playground or play area for non-tennis play. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
